Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Program Director is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts in developing, implementing, and evaluating social and recreational programs aimed at enhancing the well-being and engagement of Senior Active Living Centre program users and Bracondale residents. This role encompasses strategic program development and management, working closely with advisory committees to ensure programs meet community needs and align with organizational objectives. The Program Director oversees budgeting, grant management, and program evaluation processes to uphold quality standards and secure necessary funding. Additionally, the role involves fostering partnerships, promoting program visibility, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to sustain St. Matthew’s Bracondale House’s commitment to providing exceptional services to seniors residing at Bracondale and in the community who are SALC program users.
