The successful applicant should have the following qualifications with positive personal attributes. A self-starter able to multitask and work on own under direction of a Board of Directors. This is for a very busy, not for profit, private sector Seniors’ Active Living Centre.
Candidate would be responsible for:
Daily general office routines including handling cash and float set ups
Fluent with computer operations
Fluent in Sage Pro 50 or similar accounting package or experience
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point)
Adobe Photoshop or other similar software
Operating various office equipment such as multiline phone system, printer, photocopier, scanner, fax, labeler etc.
Facebook and website management
Full time, on-call, 35 hours per week. Wage based on experience.
