Responsibilities: • Research, implement, evaluate daily programs for clients with dementia • Assess and assist clients in program participation, respond to clients’ concerns and needs • Assist in the development of care plans and maintain documentation on client’s progress/changes • Assist clients with activities of daily living • Participate in continuous quality improvement processes and assist team with research and development of best practices • Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service that is client focused • Take all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of themselves, clients, staff, volunteers and students
