Responsibilities:
Assist with operational activities to aid the members and volunteers, i.e. reception and lunchroom
Perform assigned administrative duties including the collection of statistical information, enrol clients as members, computer work (word processing, database updates), telephone work, handling money and answering general inquiries
Create special events flyers, design bulletin board displays
Participate in continuous quality improvement processes and assist the ALC Team with research and development of best practices Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service that is client focused
